Kiwi Pineapple and Guava Smoothie with Zola Coconut Water

Healthy smoothie homemade with great health benefits which is not only delicious but super healthy with no refined sugars.
Ing:
8 oz zola coconut water with pulp
1/2 cup kiwi frozen
1/2 cup fresh pineapple frozen
1 small guava frozen
handful of spinach
10 soaked almonds in water
2 tsp chia seeds soaked in water
Method:
Add the 8 oz coconut water in a blender along with all the other ingredients and blend it really well. Top it off with chia seeds that have been soaked in water.
