Not Fried but Baked Low/No Fat Kababs/Kebob done on a Stove Top

Now you have an option of making homemade kabobs right on the stove top, that are not only guilt free but super easy to make and it’s one of those dinners that comes together very quickly!
You will need bamboo skewers soaked at least 20 min in water to prevent burning
Ing:
olive oil to lightly pan fry the kababs
2 lbs of ground chicken
1 tsp of cumin
1 tbsp cajun seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp of fresh chopped cilantro
1 small onion chopped finely
salt to taste
Method:
In the ground beef add all the above spices and mix all this really well. If you have time put the mixture in the fridge for at least 20 min. With the skewers put the mixture on the bamboo sticks and place them in a pan that has some grids in it, you want to grill it on med high to get the grill marks and transfer them in a heatproof pan and put them on another burner on med low until the kabobs are white inside and firm. Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
