Triple Berry Twister with Zola Coconut Water

Triple berry smoothie that is not only creamy but is super delicious with chia seeds, antioxidants and vitamins without any refined sugar
Ing:
11/2 cup of assorted frozen berries
blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries
8 oz Zola coconut water
1/2 mango chopped with peel
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup greek yogurt
splash of lime
2 tbsp of soaked chia seeds
Method:
Put all the ingredients in the blender except for the chia seeds and give it a good blend…… Give it a taste test and pour it in your favorite smoothie cup and top it with chia seeds.
